From records to a documented position
Accounting, compliance and notice work need different evidence and deliverables. The mandate identifies the entity, tax period, applicable jurisdiction and exact tasks before work begins.
What the work may include
- Bookkeeping review, reconciliations and management reporting.
- Return and registration preparation, subject to portal authority and scope.
- A notice chronology, supporting-document index and draft factual submissions.
- An open-items list and filing or acknowledgement records for completed tasks.
Prepare for the first review
- Entity type, business activity and the periods requiring attention.
- Existing registrations, earlier filings and financial records.
- Copies of notices or orders, the date received and the stated deadline.
- Details of the current authorised representative and work already undertaken.
Share detailed financial records only after a secure document channel has been agreed. Passwords, OTPs, DSC PINs and private keys must remain under the client's control.
